What is Evo
The EvoWay is one methodology that runs through everything we do, in football, rugby, education and mentoring. Our philosophy is simple: as many as possible, as good as possible, for as long as possible.
We define talent as the ability to learn, not the level of ability. Our mission is to make the mentor redundant by building independent problem-solvers, who posess the skills to exceed in life and sport. We develop a three-year-old's first kick into a pathway that can reach the professional game, and we keep developing the person long after the final whistle.

The EvoWay is a world-leading youth sports development organisation founded in Sheffield in 2011. It develops footballers and rugby players from their first touch to the professional game and delivers elite mentoring, all through one proven methodology summed up as "Better People, Better Players".
Children can start from age 2 with the foundation-stage programmes SoccerEds (football) and RuggerEds (rugby). High-performance football and rugby run from age 7 to elite.
