Sessions are based around a strong ethos of lots of fun and promoting RuggerEds core values of Good Manners – Respect – Teamwork – Fairplay and the RuggerEds philosophy of  “better people better players”. The Children are taught from 3 years old to shake hands and say good morning/afternoon/evening to coaches and other children.This along with other games etc. improves the children’s social skills giving them the confidence to speak to adults and peers.The games are high energy and designed to make the children work together to achieve common goals and the essence of teamwork. The children are taught to share, take turns, be kind, friendship and to listen to whoever is speaking whether a coach or another child. We also promote healthy eating and a active lifestyle.
